Our order came as expected. We ordered with air shipping and attempted to ask if the shipping time included the expected delivery date; however, the time frame they gave was the turnaround time for when the products were made and shipped from their facility. The air shipping did expedite when we received our order, but it would help to know the expected delivery/arrival range to the customer. We will order from this vendor again and plan for additional shipping and delivery time.

Love my custom cup! Good quality, very strong. This design is what I want it to look like. Only some products have some small scratches, but it is inevitable in the transportation process or production, they sent us some more quantities, and even shipped it immediately, and it still completed the activities I need it on time. The service was really good. They are very helpful and communicate well. Delivery speed is also super fast!
